Lead Superintendent/Supervisor - Williamsport, PA
We are currently in search of a highly skilled and motivated individual to fulfill the position of Lead Superintendent/Supervisor. Davis is looking for individuals who are motivated, hard working, and want to move up and grow within our company. We are interested in applicants who currently reside in the Williamsport, PA area or who are willing to relocate to the area.
Davis Landscape Ltd. is looking for applicants who possess some or all of the following:
Experience and/or knowledge of the landscape industry. Schooling and/or degrees in related fields a plus, but not required we are looking for those individuals who have a fair amount of hands on experience.
Experience in a superintendent/supervisor position a plus, but not required. Davis is willing to train individuals to take on a supervisory role.
Experience and/or knowledge of erosion control work, seeding, netting, silt socks, etc.
Experience and/or knowledge of computers and computer programs a plus, but not required.
We are in search of an individual who is able to multi-task and complete work effectively and efficiently. Applicants should be able to perform supervisory functions, review and prepare correspondence, communicate effectively both orally and in writing to employees, contractors and clients. We are looking of an applicant who is able to plan and direct the work of technical, skilled labor and sub-professional staff in a clear and concise manner.
